Match the message on the Login page to the next action: reset the password, register, or sign in.
Wrong password: click Reset it. No account: click Register here!.
If Login works but membership data is missing, invite or link the user from the membership record.
If Login works and the membership is missing, invite or link the member from the society membership record.
On the home dashboard open Latest Members and click View All.
Click the member Name to open the record.
Beside the email address click Send invite (or Resend).
The membership shows Copy invite link when the invite is ready.
